Warranty Policy
Just Repair fixes come with 2 years of warranty to demonstrate our confidence. Depending on the grade and quality of the replacement parts used or the customer’s preference during service confirmation, the warranty period may be anywhere from two years down to three months.
- The warranty may only be used once; after that, a new screen is no longer covered by it.
- Just Repair will not be responsible for a problem other than what we fixed.
- The warranty is not restricted to any returns; instead, if all the conditions are satisfied, the warranty is only applicable for a new screen replacement.
- If the device experiences the same issue that was repaired within the warranty period, Just Repair will repair the device again at no cost to the customer.
- It is necessary to file warranty claims during the warranty period.
- If it is discovered that the gadget was not used or handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or if there is proof of physical damage, Just Repair has the right to deny warranty claims.
