You accept these terms and conditions by using or accessing the Just Repair website or services. If you disagree with these terms, do not use our site or services. These terms and conditions define “users” as customers, sellers, dealers, and content suppliers.

Agreements to privacy

Just Repair is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and best practices. Moreover, we uphold and maintain an effective internal policy.

Services

Just Repair provides cellphones repairs, computer repairs, tablet repairs, video gaming console repairs, and smart watch repairs services on-site. 

  • Our services may vary by area. 

  • We can refuse service for any reason.

  • Costs associated with repairs cannot be refunded.

  • Dependent on supply and demand, fees and turnaround times could change.

Costs and Revenue

Depending on the gadget and repair, our prices are fair and transparent. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and debit cards at service. No refunds.

Warranty

Just Repair fixes come with a 2 years warranty to demonstrate our confidence. Depending on the grade and quality of the replacement parts used or the customer’s preference during service confirmation, the warranty period may be anywhere from two years down to three months.

Complaints unrelated to the replacement of the spare

  • For devices where customers were already aware of a history of liquid damage before repairs were made.

  • Damages such as cracks, bends, dents, and impacts that result from careless handling after repair

  • In the case of deeply scratched scratch-resistant glasses

  • If someone other than Just Repair attempts to repair the device.

Liability Limits

  1. Just Repair is not responsible for any damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible damages, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. As the repairs are at the customer’s own risk, it’s always good to have a backup on hand.

  2. If the customer does not take their devices back and does not respond within 60 days, Just Repair will not be responsible to return their device.

Service Restrictions

Although Just Repair does its best to resolve client difficulties, there are rare instances—particularly in fixed physical / liquid damaged devices—in which neither the repairability nor the performance of the other functions after repairs can be guaranteed, despite Just Repair’s best efforts. In the event of a delay or failure in such instances or in the performance, Just Repair shall not be held responsible. While Just Repair’s good intentions are sincere, all repairs are completed at the customer’s risk.

Data Tracking

Information like as customers’ phone numbers, email addresses, and exact locations may be collected by Just Repair. Also, we gather customer photos to feature on our social media pages as examples of how our services have helped others. Customers can request that we delete any mention of them from our websites, social media, or promotional materials. After a repair is complete, we may additionally get in touch with clients to get their feedback.

Indemnification

You undertake to keep Just Repair and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees blameless from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s costs, arising from your use of these Terms and Conditions. You further agree not to hold Just Repair or its affiliates responsible for any financial loss caused by such a claim or demand.

Legal Principles

Just Repair is a UAE-based company. UAE law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be heard exclusively in Dubai courts. 

When you use the Services, you give permission to Just Repair to fix your device. You acknowledge that Just Repair is not an Official or Certified Service Provider (ASP) for any brand of mobile device, computer, or tablet. In all circumstances, repairs will influence the manufacturer’s warranty, which includes the water resistance of the item and warranty coverage/service availability.

Changes to Services and Terms

At our absolute discretion, Just Repair retains the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting the revised terms on our website. Customers can check the Just Repair site for updates on a regular basis. Please direct any inquiries regarding these Terms of Service to help@justrepair.net.

 

Devices will be retrieved back within 60 days of repair, or a customer care person will reach out to you. Customers will also receive automated email notifications, and they can always call our number for updates. If the gadget is not collected within this time frame, Just Repair reserves the right to dispose of it without incurring any liability or responsibility.
